Background
Cichowdt Tattoo is Jonathan Schmidt's studio. The craft was running well, the administration behind it was not: financial paperwork, receipts and payments ate hours every week, and part of the documents simply stayed unclear.
Jonathan wanted to get the business back under control without spending his evenings at a desk.
Challenge
Finance admin by hand: collecting, matching and filing receipts. All manual, all on the side.
Paperwork without overview: statements and documents were there, but what they meant for the business was not clear.
No time for tools: AI tools were known, but never built into the daily routine.
Solution
Together with Jonathan we automated the finance administration so that recurring steps run without him. In parallel we coached him in the studio: how to use ChatGPT for paperwork, texts and everyday decisions, and how to understand his own documents with it.
Today the administrative side of the studio runs with far less effort. By Jonathan's estimate, admin work is down by about 60 percent, and running the business feels noticeably easier.
